    If we are truly the party of free markets, then ALL exemptions in the tax code need to go away to allow the market to sort out what is the best uses for money (without any government manipulation). That would include getting rid of special treatment of cap gains, dividends, and muni bonds. Cut it all out, lower rates across the board, and let free markets work.
