“I’m back, Obama, and I’m back because of your arrogant foreign policy towards the Islamic State.” – ISIS Terrorist in newly release execution video.

Another American hostage, Steven Sotloff, has been beheaded by ISIS terrorists, and the video has been released online. Sotloff was captive with the same group that beheaded James Foley last month.

In the video ISIS released of the beheading of Foley, the captors issued a threat directly at Sotloff, saying that he too would be executed if the United States did not end airstrikes against ISIS.

Another captive, British citizen David Cawthorne Haines. has also been directly threatened with execution.

Last week, Sotloff’s mother made a plea to ISIS not to murder her son, in a tearful video that begged the ISIS leader not to hold him accountable for any actions taken by others, including the United States government.

In the video released today, the masked executioner made a point of saying “Obama, I am back,” both as a reminder of the threat and, according to analysts, to ensure that the world knows he is the same terrorist from the Foley execution.

ISIS has decapitated and otherwise barbarically murdered thousands of others in the course of their campaign to take over cities in the middle east and establish their caliphate.
