Ever seen a street full of blood?

Well, if you don’t wanna see it, you’d better listen to character actor James Cromwell.

If you don’t know who that is, to me, he looks like this guy:

“Well, if Florence Nightingale over here would play a little defense…”

And:

“It’s only a game, Focker!”

But he ain’t. In actuality, he’s this guy:

If you found yourself watching that scene back in 1995 and thinking, “Now there’s a guy I need to listen to politically, before I cast any kind of vote”…

And if you also thought, “I bet he’s a prophet”…

And if, lately, you’ve been thinking, “How do I prevent the streets from running with blood?”…

And if you want to protect the peace by shutting out those evil, violent Republicans in favor of those civil, democratic Democrats who, in the most genteel manner possible, would commit innumerable bloody acts in the name of tranquility…

then buddy…

You’re in luck!!!!

At the fourth annual Carney Awards, the Babe and Big Hero 6 actor spoke to Variety and warned of blood in the streets if the Democrats aren’t given Congress:

“This is nascent fascism. We always had a turnkey, totalitarian state — all we needed was an excuse, and all the institutions were in place to turn this into pure fascism. If we don’t stop [President Trump] now, then we will have a revolution for real. Then there will be blood in the streets.”

Oh, shoot — I should’ve added this one:

If you always wanted to follow the advice of a goober…

James thinks that, somehow, people being in office who were elected has ousted democracy:

“We’re living in very curious times, and something is coming up which is desperately important to this country and to this planet, and that is an election, in which hopefully in some measure we are going to take back our democracy. We will have a government that represents us and not the donor class. We will cut through the corruption, [and] we won’t have to do what comes next, which is either a non-violent revolution or a violent one, because this has got to end.”

We all know the way to establish democracy — take it by force, which is to say, undemocratically.

The Left’s rhetoric is intensifying (see here, here, here, here, and here). Despite their characterization of Republicans as Nazis (here, here and here), they seem to be ramping up to a Che-Guevara-style hostile takeover. Fortunately, it sounds as if that tussle may be led by James Cromwell — he’s 78 years old, and possibly only good at water volleyball (sorry — wrong guy again; DANG IT).

Oh — and he’s also skilled at being a nut.
