Anti-fascist counter-demonstrators cross the Burnside Bridge across the Willamette River from the west side of the city to the east side in search of the far-right group, the Proud Boys, in Portland, Ore., Saturday, Aug. 17, 2019. Self-described anti-fascists vowed to confront the rally while leaders from the far right urged their followers to turn out in large numbers to protest the arrests of multiple members of right-wing groups in the run-up to the event. Portland is ground zero for Antifa. It’s a place where the organization is coddled and allowed to destroy with no consequences. This isn’t a new development for Portland, as rioting in the downtown area, blocking of streets, and physical assaults by Antifa have been common place for years under the guise of “social justice.”

This morning, Andy Ngo, who’s career documenting Antifa stated in Portland, released a video. In it, we see an Asian man being accosted by a crowd of degenerates. The result manages to run the gambit from funny to anger-inducing.

If you can’t watch the video, what you see is a crowd of Antifa thugs accosting and harassing an Asian man wearing a mask. They are doing so because they think it’s Ngo, who has been physically assaulted by groups such as this in the past. Their intention here is to do him harm. But they are too vapid to realize that not all Asian guys are actually Andy Ngo.

But it gets better. I present to you the cherry on top of the cake.

The guy accosted is actually a “true comrade” and supports the Antifa movement. These people are so stupid that they can’t even delineate between their own backers.

It’s pretty pathetic watching this guy grovel via his friend on Twitter to the mob, proclaiming his loyalty while at the same time decrying racist white people who he admittedly supports. It’s hard not to come to the conclusion that he deserved the treatment he got. If you encourage this stuff, don’t be surprised when it bites back. These people have no nuance, nor would any validate their movement anyway.

Meanwhile, Portland’s mayor sits by and does nothing. Every now and then, the police will clear the streets, but rare is it for anyone to be arrested in order to serve as a deterrent to this anarchy. Voters can wake up and change course or they can go down with this ship. It’s their choice.
