He can’t stop. Joe Biden has a history of saying racist stuff, and it’s become more and more prevalent over the last several months. From his “you ain’t black” comment to his insinuation that all poor children are black, the discriminatory stereotypes that bounce around in the former VP’s head is enough to make David Duke proud.

Another clip that’s making the rounds shows him at it again. This time, he supposed that the only reason he was able to eat during the pandemic is because poor black women were out there, stocking the shelves for him.

“And they say, ‘Well, why in the hell would you say that, Biden? You just talked about all these difficulties.’ Well, I’ll tell you why. Because the American public, the blinders have been taken off. They’ve, all of a sudden, seen a hell of a lot clearer. They’re saying, ‘Jeez, the reason I was able to stay sequestered in my home is because some Black woman was able to stack the grocery shelf. Or I got a young Hispanic out there, these DREAMers are out there, 60,000 of them acting as first responders and nurses and docs.'”

It’s like his mind is stuck in the ’70s. Maybe it is? The assumption that black women are the only ones out there stocking grocery shelves is both pathetic pandering and demeaning to a demographic that is actually the most educated in America. There’s more to being a black woman than doing a menial job, so some white guy can hide out in his basement. Also, why is it assumed Hispanics are good enough to be first responders, but black women aren’t?

Besides, this is also insulting to the thousands of people of all races who have been essential workers during this time, including those making sure our grocery stores stay up and running. Why even try to break people down into racial groups like this, when such jobs are obviously full of diversity across the country?

Look, I’m not gonna lie and say that I think Biden is actively trying to be racist when he says stuff like this. Sure, if Trump did it, they’d use it as proof he’s joining the Klan. But I’ll be fair and say that Biden probably doesn’t even have the ability to think that deeply. He’s just saying random crap at this point. Overall, I think he’s stuck in an old mindset that has been prevalent on the left for a long time. They see black people as victims that they, the mostly, white liberals, must save. They don’t care to note the advancements made among black women: college educations, for example. Everything is racially-driven for the modern Democrat party. It’s a sad fact of their politics.
