The Lie-Able Sources Podcast: Oliver Darcy Defends NYT Journalist From Self, and Joy Reid Declares Herself Racist

The deeper dive into the mayhem from the media complex.

Today we will take a deeper look at a few of the media stories we’ve watched in recent days. Amusingly, following the Project Veritas exposé on Matthew Rosenberg of the New York Times, CNN’s Oliver Darcy raced in to defend Rosenberg from comments made by…uh, Rosenberg himself.

Next, there is a surprising expose’ from Axios, where they discover a growing trend of Hispanic white supremacists. The story is even more desperate than it sounds.

Then I take on a story from last week, where a University of Virginia student wrote an op-ed in the New York Times about students self-censoring on campus, and a few NYT reporters got upset about this. I did some research into this and came to find out something — the NYT’s reporters suck at doing research, as their claims can be disproven rather easily.

I also share some background on the new Social Media Reporter for the Washington Post, Taylor Lorenz. And then look into the latest from the pride of MSNBC, Joy Reid, who not only says some daft things (yes, again), but she manages to implicate herself with her latest accusation of something being racist — Yes, AGAIN.

Come join me in the latest round of media mockery!
