There was tragic news for Democrat members of The Squad; tragic in that their sham of a staged “arrest” was quite easily exposed. More shameful was the press electing to play along with their charade, insisting that being issued a $50 citation was tantamount to an arrest.
There are January 6 hearing updates, as the lack of deeply serious revelations has led to deeply unserious media reactions. The Washington Post decides to start playing games, and then Politico attempts to recast the impact of the hearing, delivering a result they probably did not intend.
