It was surprising, revealing, and amusing to see NYC Mayor Eric Adams come out with scathing words about the mounting immigration problem. Even more amusing is watching the NY Times struggle to explain his comments, which are normally said to be racist whenever Republicans speak them.
President Biden had a tough week (violating his mask ordinance, wandering off during an event, saluting the Secret Service, etc.). At PBS, Jeffrey Goldberg and his panel tried to tell the audience Biden is a mental giant. On the campaign trail, Ron DeSantis had words of ridicule for zombie studies in colleges, and this was seen as a problem. And finally, Politifact tried to defend Bidenomics, and did so in a pathetically weak fashion.
Now, crack one open and savor some mainstream media mayhem and malpractice.
