Michael Avenatti's Bombshell Witness Leaves Miles of Doubt Between Her Claims

Michael Avenatti’s witness has finally been revealed, and all the hype surrounding her has resulted in what I’m going to coin as an “Avenatti payoff.”

Avenatti swore up and down that this witness would be the Kavanaugh killer, stating on Monday that “when the American people hear from her, they will determine, as I have, that she is to be believed.”

On Tuesday, Avenatti denied that the witness was the result of a 4Chan prank, stating that it was all a Republican ploy and that they must and should be worried.

Now it’s Wednesday and the grand reveal has happened as Avenatti released her identity and photo on Twitter whilst asking the internet to respect her privacy.

So what does Avenatti’s bombshell witness have to say? What knowledge does she have to impart that could finally slam the door on Kavanaugh’s nomination and prove once and for all that he’s the sexually assaulting supervillain the left claims he is?

According to NBC, a sworn affidavit was submitted that claims Swetnick witnessed Kavanaugh handing girls spiked drinks in order to drug them into lowering their inhibitions, where boys would then line up to rape the drugged girls in a side room:

Swetnick, in the affidavit posted on Twitter by Avenatti, claims that she saw Kavanaugh, as a high school student in Maryland in the early 1980s, and others spike the drinks of girls at house parties with grain alcohol and/or drugs to “cause girls to lose inhibitions and their ability to say ‘No.’ ”

Swetnick said these efforts by Kavanaugh and his buddy Mark Judge were done so the girls “could then be ‘gang raped’ in a side room or bedroom by a ‘train’ of numerous boys.”

“I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their ‘turn’ with a girl inside the room. These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh,” Swetnick said.

She adds that she had suffered one such gang rape after being drugged and that Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge were present at the time.

“Shortly after the incident, I shared what had transpired with at least two other people,” Swetnick said. “During the incident, I was incapacitated without my consent and unable to fight off the boys raping me., I believe I was drugged using Quaaludes or something similar placed in what I was drinking.”

Let’s analyze Swetnick’s claims.

She saw Kavanaugh and Judge at parties where it was known that gang rapes happened to girls who imbibed spiked drinks. According to Swetnick, this was a regularity at these parties, and yet they were consistently attended by Swetnick and other girls.

She claims that she saw Kavanaugh and Judge at such parties, and witnessed Kavanaugh handing a girl a drink. She does not state that she saw Kavanaugh participating in any gang rapes, just that Kavanaugh handed a girl a drink and was present at her own gang rape.

The oddities in the story are quite a few. If this was happening regularly, then why were no authorities contacted about it? If girls were being consistently raped at parties, wouldn’t there have been a much larger response from angry parents who had to console crying daughters or concerned friends who spoke out?

Furthermore, if a lick of this is true, then why did girls continue to attend parties where there was a high chance they were going to be drugged and raped? There’s no good time to be had there for women, and yet according to the affidavit, Swetnick attended around ten of these parties. So she witnessed the gang rapes occurring, said or did nothing, and continued to attend the parties until one day she was the one was drugged and raped?

If it’s true that this was a common occurrence at these parties, then where are all the witnesses that saw these girls getting drugged and having trains formed on them? There should be a tidal wave of them, yet the vast majority of character witnesses that have come forward about Kavanaugh have all said that he’s a stand-up guy who didn’t engage in disrespect toward women.

If this story is true then we should be drowning in police reports, school records, witnesses, testimonies, parents of the raped girls coming forward, anything, but we don’t. All that we have that has any weight to it at this time is that Kavanaugh drank, but even that’s just a claim.

In fact, at this time, Swetnick’s entire claim is implicating Kavanaugh is guilty of doing everything without accusing him of doing anything.

Finally, Kavanaugh has been investigated six different times during the course of his career and the investigations have produced nothing that lends to the idea that he sexually assaulted anyone, or was even around sexual assault.

Avenatti’s witness leaves a lot to be desired. If she’s telling the truth, then, by all means, let’s make sure Kavanaugh doesn’t get the SCOTUS gig, but at this time, this seems all filler and no substance.
