It was already looking bad for Democrats as they inched ever closer to 2020, but if there was any doubt that the Democrats are not the party that America wants to lead it into the next decade, then the mainstream media revered “#TheSquad” just closed the door tight.

It’s important to remember that despite the ranting, wailing, and gnashing of teeth from the hard-left and its mainstream press, America is till pretty pro-America. They don’t, for the most part, like social justice. It’s one of the reasons Trump was elected. Yet, despite his victory, the left is fully convinced that it needed to lean harder left. As they do, Trump only becomes more popular, and oddly, the left leans more on people like the girls from “The Squad.”

This is why it’s a safe bet that Trump will away with the 2020 election with ease.

It’s important to first take into account that this “squad” consists of highly unpopular congresswomen. According to an Axios poll, Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar both have high recognition with voters but take away a dismal 22 and 9 percent approval respectively. AOC attempted to write this off as an illusion created by President Donald Trump, but unless Trump manipulated the poll somehow, AOC’s claim holds no water.

It’s more of an AOC delusion than a Trump illusion, but with that out of the way, let’s take a look at some recent behavior from this “squad.”

The recent firebombing of an ICE facility was carried out by a member of Antifa and his “manifesto” was filthy with language used specifically by AOC. Despite the fact that this happened, Ocasio-Cortez would not denounce the attack.

Let’s be clear. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez would not denounce a terrorist attack against American officers from a man who has openly and radically violent, and encouraged others to be violent. According to AOC, this means she endorses this terrorism, seeing as how she said that the GOP is racist for not denouncing Trump’s “racist tweet” about her and her “squad.”

It may even be a worse case with Omar, who is warmer toward Al Qaeda than she is America, as one woman pointed out in a thread on Twitter by GOP spokeswoman Elizabeth Harrington.

The same thing can be said of Rep. Rashida Tlaib, who seems to get comfortable feelings from the suffering and death of Jewish people.

These women even refuse to denounce dictators.

These women seem to be good with our enemies, and consistently denounce America and its allies. In fact, Omar retweeted an article on Monday that blanket labeled Trump supporters as racist. At a time when radical leftists are looking for reasons to become violent with “they’re racist” being on the list, this kind of communication from an elected official is irresponsible.

Between the pipe dream level legislation like the Green New Deal, to infantile attacks on a daily basis, to the fact that these women celebrate whenever they prevent people from getting jobs, they are not exactly a voter’s best friend. Failing to condemn terrorist attacks or terrorist organizations, including those that caused the death of 3,000 people on 9/11, isn’t going to win you too many American fans.

As Erick Erickson put it, while Trump isn’t perfect, he’s far and away more of a trustworthy and proven individual than “The Squad”:

Many, many of the concerns I had about President Trump in 2016 have been addressed by him and his administration through sound public policy. No candidate and no administration is perfect and I will continue to speak up when I disagree. But President Trump offers a vision for the United States with a strong economic record to back it up. The Democrats offer attempted mass assassinations of Republicans, fire bombings of immigration facilities, Mexican flags replacing American flags, the harvesting and selling of chidren’s body parts, the continued destruction of our healthcare system, the championing of lawlessness, and open persecution of people of faith by government bureaucrats.

While Trump is presenting an America that is positive and strong, we have a Democrat party that is willing to literally stay silent while terrorism and economic stupidity is carried out using battle cries developed from Democratic official’s rhetoric.

Because of these congresswomen, the Democrat party now absolutely reeks of irresponsibility and radicalism. The mainstream media might be trying to play it off by talking about how horrible Trump is all the time, but they are being vastly overshadowed by the insanity of a Democrat party trying too hard to be like it’s darling “squad.” Between the 2020 candidates proclaiming America is a white supremacist nation and promises of dictatorial action on America’s rights, the 2020 Democratic candidates have adopted the same aforementioned asininity.
