The moment caught on camera between former VP and current Democratic frontrunner Joe Biden and an autoworker who dared question him has gone more than viral. At this point, the question is whether or not the left can spin the moment to their advantage.
The problem is that it’s hard to do that when Biden was literally caught threatening physical violence against the autoworker.
Below is the video where you can hear Biden’s threat.
Here’s a close-up video of Joe Biden yelling in a union worker’s face today.
Biden is not well.
Nominating him would be a disaster.

However, as originally covered by Newsbusters, networks edited out the moment where Biden can be heard threatening the man in particular:
The marked “transition” was where Biden can be heard in unedited video saying “Don’t tell me that, pal, or I’m going to go out and slap you in the face.” The whole confrontation can be watched here (or above, NBC’s report is below) with the edited portion starting at the 1:03-second mark. The edit was intentional because the comment only lasted less than four seconds (thus there was no time crunch), and NBC reporter Jonathan Allen noted the threat in an online report.
Both ABC’s World News Tonight and CBS Evening News didn’t dare get close to that portion of the video and downplayed Biden’s actions. CBS politics reporter Ed O’Keefe simply suggested: “Biden got testy when a man who asked why he wants to take away guns.”
Over on ABC, senior national correspondent Terry Moran reported that “along with the chants and cheers, an angry confrontation with one autoworker, who confronted Biden on guns.” Moran even included a sizable soundbite of Biden lying about his position on taking away guns.
Biden’s unmistakable threat is hard to make excuses for and as the current leader in the Democratic primary, the networks have to do what they can to protect him. Excuses that he’s not taking any guff aside, it’s sad that the media would try to protect a state figure from criticism after he directly threatened a citizen.
Let me be clear. This is more of a commentary about just how far the media is willing to sink than it is about Biden, who we already knew was unstable.
