Three way tie in early New Hampshire Republican Primary results

Sen. Ted Cruz, Gov. John Kasich and billionaire Donald Trump are tied with nine votes each after the midnight voting in the little New Hampshire towns of Dixville Notch, Millsfield and Hart’s Location. Among the Democrats, Sen. Bernie Sanders leads Hillary Clinton 17 to 9.

Take this with a grain of salt. The results of the midnight voting in these tiny hamlets have not proven predictive of the outcome of the final statewide vote since it began in 1960 in Dixville Notch. And perhaps the candidates are tiring of the publicity gimmick. This year only Kasich made it to Dixville Notch. Maybe that’s why he managed a one vote victory over Trump there.
