President Trump Trolls Pelosi Over Her Son's Business Dealings in Ukraine: 'Wow Crazy Nancy, what’s going on? This is big stuff!'

Move over Hunter Biden. We may have a new contender.

After One America News reported on an old promotional video which had surfaced on Thursday, featuring House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her son Paul, President Trump took the opportunity to draw attention to her son’s ties to “an energy company which does business in Ukraine.” He tweeted the OAN report with the caption, “Wow Crazy Nancy, what’s going on? This is big stuff!”

According to OAN, at the time of the video, Paul Pelosi was a board member at Viscoil and an executive at a related company, NRGLab.

OAN reports:

Just two years after this video was uploaded, Pelosi led a Congressional delegation to Ukraine to discuss issues like energy security. And her son traveled to the country as recently as 2017 on behalf of the Corporate Governance Initiative where he now serves as executive director. While the official reason for his visit was to discuss a youth soccer partnership, clips from that trip are now being removed from online. One of those clips was saved by the American Mirror with the caption, “What’s Really Going on Here?”

An American Mirror reporter asks Paul Pelosi, “You have a corporate governance business and you’re here in Ukraine speaking with representatives from the government, investment bankers, certain things related to soccer?”

Pelosi replies, “Exactly.”

To be fair, there is nothing in the video that suggests wrongdoing by Pelosi’s son. But, at the very least, it shows he used his mother’s prominence to his advantage.

And I have to say it. Can you imagine if one of President Trump’s children traveled to Ukraine for their “corporate governance business” and met with government officials and investment bankers?
