When are Democrats going to do the “patriotic” thing and accept the results of the election? The electors casting their votes is usually a routine matter that seals the deal for the candidate who won the most electoral votes. That candidate is Donald Trump. Electors are facing so much harassment in Pennslyvania, each one of the 20 has been assigned a plainclothes Pennsylvania state trooper for protection.

One elector, Ash Khare, said he and each of the 19 others have been assigned a plainclothes state police trooper for protection.

“I’m a big boy,” said Khare, an India-born engineer and a longtime Republican from Warren County, who estimates he receives 3,000 to 5,000 emails, letters, and phone calls a day from as far away as France, Germany, and Australia. “But this is stupid. Nobody is standing up and telling these people, ‘Enough, knock it off.’ ”

Pennsylvania is not among those states that require its electors to vote for the candidate who won the state. This year, that was Trump, who became the first Republican presidential candidate to win Pennsylvania in nearly three decades.

Of course, nobody is telling them to stop. Democrats are sore losers. They don’t lose elections. Elections in which they don’t win are stolen from them.

In 2000 it was the Supreme Court who stole the election from Al Gore. In 2004, it was Diebold who stole the election from John Kerry. In 2016, Vladimir Putin in cahoots with Donald Trump stole the election from Queen Bee Hillary Clinton.

Barket said she has been inundated with phone calls and emails and letters over the last month. Some tell her to read the Federalist Papers or express fear over Trump becoming the country’s commander-in-chief.

But she said she generally doesn’t open the messages.

Hilarious. People who want the federal government to intervene in every aspect of our lives espousing the values of federalism. Before the election, liberal idiots dismissed The Federalist Papers as ancient relics written by slave owners. Once Donald Trump is sworn in, they’ll forget them just as quickly. For now, they’re experts on all things Alexander Hamilton beyond the musical that bears his name.

One elector said the following:

“If Hillary Clinton had won, I certainly wouldn’t be calling up her electors saying change your mind,” he said. “I know how the system works. They lost. They ought to get over that.”

Yes. Get over it. She lost. Deal with it you big babies.
