Kanye West Slams Abortion Industry’s Racist History

Hip-hop artist and presidential candidate Kanye West took aim at the abortion industry in a recent interview with podcaster and comedian Joe Rogan. During the conversation, he highlighted the racist history of abortion and pointed out how it is harming the black community.

West’s conversation with Rogan focused largely on his presidential aspirations and his Christian faith. But when the discussion turned to abortion, the rapper pulled no punches. “Plan B and Planned Parenthood were planned by eugenicists that set out and said out loud, ‘I’m doing this to kill the black race and to create population control.’”

The artist compared the number of COVID-19 deaths to the amount of black aborted babies. He quoted figures from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), which revealed that on average, 1,000 unborn black children are aborted every day.

“Let me talk about Planned Parenthood, okay? The last figure I saw is there were 210,000 deaths due to COVID in America, and everywhere you go, you see someone with a mask on. … With abortion culture, there are 1,000 black children aborted a day, daily. We are in genocide,”  he argued.

“So more black children have died since February than people have died of COVID, and everyone wears a mask, so it’s a matter of where are turning a blind eye to?” West asked. “The media can control, a lot of times it has control [over] what we care about.”

The artist continued, noting the reliance on psychological medication and the prevalence of abortion in American society. “In our culture, we’re doped up and psyched out and made to kill our children,” he suggested. “We have to decouple the conversation of Planned Parenthood and woman’s choice. Of course, I’m Christian so I’m pro-life, when I go into office, I’m changing laws because I realize we live in an imperfect world and in an imperfect society.”

West also reiterated his belief that the nation must develop a “culture of life” designed to persuade mothers to keep their children. He indicated that he would support an expansion of adoption.

This is not the first time the rapper has vocally opposed abortion and identified it as “black genocide.” During an interview with actor Nick Cannon, he said:

“It’s happening every day, and right now God has given me the information, and he ain’t gave me no other information other than this information, and we have this right now, so that means he wants me to say this now In 50 years, there’s been 22 million — over 22,500,000 — black people aborted strategically and on purpose. Planned Parenthood was set up and placed in minority communities to kill black people.”

Abortion is yet another example of racism on the left. While it is not exactly a policy that has been implemented by progressive politicians — black mothers can choose whether or not to abort their children — it is clear that from its inception, the practice was meant to target the black community, and still is.

About 80% of all Planned Parenthood centers are located in cities populated predominantly by minorities. They market their services directly to black mothers. While they are not forcing black mothers to have abortions, their marketing efforts suggest that one of their main focuses is persuading them to abort their children.

Even worse, the economic conditions that might drive a black mother to consider abortion is caused by the Democrats who run black cities. By ensuring that a significant number of black people are living in poverty and crime, these politicians make sure that a significant number of black mothers abort their children. In this way, they seek to use black suffering to promote their political agenda by pretending to care about the plight of these Americans. Unfortunately, it has worked well for the Democratic Party so far.
