When virtue signaling goes very, very wrong.
Amber Heard in very accomplished actress with some impressive credits including a role in the upcoming Aquaman film. She’s probably best known as Johnny Depp’s ex-wife and Elon Musk’s ex…special friend.
But Heard isn’t just a pretty face. She’s deeply concerned about important issues like the border crisis and
Hitler’s Army ICE deportations. How do you know she cares about poor people? How else…Twitter!
In a now-deleted Tweet, Heard warned her followers about ICE checkpoints near her Hollywood home.
One can almost feel the cringe emanating from that. Of course, maybe she was just trolling all those Richy Rich celebrity hypocrites who claim they’re on the side of the poor but love their cheap, undocumented labor.
The tweet was quickly deleted when people started responding, but the internet is forever.

I gotta say, I’m skeptical that this was even a well-meaning tweet. I think she’s trying to make a pretty gross joke.

I think the “great” America we are aiming for, is one where people don’t assume landscapers, nannies, and housekeepers are illegal immigrants.

Amber Tamblyn is concerned that Maxine Waters isn't supportive enough of other women, not that Waters is receiving death threats.
Amber Heard is concerned that ICE is gonna take all the nannies and gardeners away.

How does it feel that EVERYONE knows that you reduced immigrants to scrubbing your toilets and mowing your grass. The “tolerant” celebrities are the worst offenders of racism after all. Funny.
