Mark Levin Puts Obama on Blast for Criticizing Trump's Refusal to Concede: 'Don't You Damn Lecture Us'

Fox News host Mark Levin opened Sunday’s “Life, Liberty & Levin” with a blistering takedown of former President Obama who, on “60 Minutes” earlier in the day, criticized President Trump for charging widespread election fraud and refusing to concede the election, telling host Scott Pelley that Trump is “delegitimizing democracy” by doing so.

Obama condescendingly said, in part, as reported by Fox News:

“It is one more step in delegitimizing not just the incoming Biden administration, but democracy generally. And that’s a dangerous path. There’s been this sense over the last several years that literally anything goes and is justified in order to get power. [There are] strong men and dictators around the world” who think they can “do anything to stay in power. I can kill people. I can throw them in jail. I can run phony elections. I can suppress journalists.”

Yeah. If there’s anyone we don’t need a lecture from on “thinking beyond our own ego,” it’s Barack Hussein Obama.

Incredulously, Obama also accused Trump of being untruthful with the American people.

“What we’ve seen is what some people call truth decay. Something that’s been accelerated by outgoing President Trump, the sense that not only do we not have to tell the truth, but the truth doesn’t even matter.”

Takes brass ones, O.

Is there anybody on the planet more hypocritical than Barack “If you like your plan you can keep your plan” Obama? This smug guy could not be less self-aware if he tried.

“Before we begin the program I want to make a comment,” Levin said. And boy did he.

“I watched this clip of Barack Obama on 60 Minutes where he is attacking the President of the United States and believes these challenges that are taking place in the states are undermining democracy. He’s put out an 800-page book — and you’d think he was Winston Churchill, I think this is his third autobiography — and I want to say something to President Obama and the other so-called iconic figures in our republic, Republican and Democrat: Don’t you damn lecture us.”

Blasters on high, here we go.

“For four damn years the FBI was involved in trying to undermine this president. The intelligence services tried to undermine this president. They tried to remove this president from office. A phony criminal investigation. A phony impeachment. One effort after the other; the Russia hoax.

“You dragged the American people through the dirt through your politics. Because you wouldn’t accept democracy. You wouldn’t accept the Constitution of the United States. And now everybody’s supposed to roll over. Seventy-two million people voted for this president and up to 72 million people don’t like what they’re seeing right now.

Levin then teed off on the media; in comparison to the media of “the good old days.”

“But let me explain the problem to the media. You’re going around and putting microphones in the faces of state officials — do you see any fraud here? They’re the defendants in these lawsuits. You know the good old days, we’d have reporters in the field looking into the allegations where we have hundreds of sworn affidavits under penalty of perjury, from one end of this country to the other, in one corrupt Democrat city after another.

The [Democrat] machines will not allow our volunteer lawyers to get in and find out what’s taking place. And so this is hard work. Instead, the media are fighting them. We have Democrats fighting them. The propaganda is fighting them rather than trying to get to the bottom of this.”

Levin reminded the Democrats of Al Gore in 2000, who refused to concede to George W. Bush for 37 days.

“Al Gore had 37 days of frivolous lawsuits in three counties, two visits to the State Supreme Court, two visits to the United States Supreme Court. And what we hear is people declaring — declaring — who aren’t even involved in these cases. People who haven’t even talked to anybody on the ground. ‘It’s over, it’s over.’ Well it may be over; it may not be over.  What about the integrity of the election process?

Levin then launched a broadside against the Democratic Party’s efforts leading up to the 2020 election.

“Let me explain in part what’s going on in this country. Democrats and their surrogates and hundreds of lawsuits leading up to this election. What did they do? Earlier and earlier voting. Why? Mail-in voting. Why? Ballot harvesting. Why? No signatures, no comparing of signatures. No postal mark dates. Extended vote counting.

“None of this is about good government. None of this is about good government. None of this is about the integrity of the election. They are enshrining and institutionalizing fraud. They’re destroying the security measures that exist.”

Democrats push early voting and mail-in ballots, Levin said, because of the lack of supervision and security inherent vs. in-person voting.

Levin also teed off on the notion of a president-elect. “The ‘office of the president-elect’? We don’t have an office of the president-elect; we have one president at a time. And Joe Biden is undermining that president, Donald Trump.”

In the first segment after his beatdown of Obama & Co., Levin discussed the current state of the Trump administration’s efforts to uncover election fraud with White House Press Secretary Kayleigh MaEnany, who, incidentally, received a law degree from Harvard University. Here’s a short clip of how that went.

In other election-related news, Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro returned to the air on Saturday night, after being exiled by Fox for sharing her strong views about potential election fraud, two weeks ago. Last week, her show was suspended, with Fox instead choosing to air continuing coverage of a Biden-Harris celebration.
