Welp, “they” did again.
And by “they,” I mean so-called “non-binary,” “gender-fluid,” LGBTQ-advocating ex-Biden official Sam Brinton, who went and got “their self” arrested, again. The former deputy assistant secretary of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition in the Office of Nuclear Energy was taken from his apartment in handcuffs.

Simply put, if Team Biden had put a modicum of effort into checking into this walking disaster’s past, rather than blindly pandering to the super “woke” among us, Brinton wouldn’t have been hired in the first place.
Or would “they”?
So, as reported by Fox News, Brinton was arrested as a “fugitive from justice” by Maryland police, late Wednesday. A police spokesperson said the arrest was led by Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police, which is the lead law enforcement agency for both Washington, D.C., area airports.
Shiera Goff, a Montgomery County Police Department spokesperson, told Fox:
Montgomery County Police assisted in the arrest of Sam Brinton. was arrested at approximately 10 p.m. last night in their home on College Parkway. They are being held in the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit on a no-bond status as they await an extradition hearing. That’s all of the information we have on our end.
Catch that? “They” were denied bond.
A neighbor told The Daily Wire that “four unmarked police showed up last night, they would not let his spouse Kevin leave. After about an hour Sam Brinton was escorted out in handcuffs.”
As I suggested at the top, Brinton just can’t seem to stop “their self” from getting arrested. As Daily Wire also reported, “they” were last arrested — before Wednesday’s arrest — in April:
The former Biden official pleaded “no contest” to misdemeanor theft last month after he was caught on video allegedly stealing luggage at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas.
Brinton was initially charged with a felony when police believed he allegedly stole $3,670 worth of items, but he agreed to pay the victim more than $3,500 in restitution and received a suspended 180-day jail sentence, which meant he would serve no time behind bars as long as he stayed out of trouble.
Yeah, well, keep playing stupid games; keep winning stupid prizes.
Thing is, Brinton, who made headlines in 2023, escaped jail time in two separate cases in Minnesota and Nevada involving luggage thefts. Yet, as Steely Dan — am I dating myself? — sang, “You go back, Jack, do it again” one time too many, and your party’s over.
What a shame. Seems like a nice “gender-fluid” person.
