Last month, the Iranians shot down a Ukrainian plane leaving Tehran on its way ultimately to Canada, killing all 176 people aboard, including 57 Canadians.

The Iranians lied about it for three days, knowing they’d shot it down. Ultimately, they admitted it when the overwhelming evidence began to come out and they realized they couldn’t lie anymore. They claimed it was an accident, but have refused to turn over the black boxes from the plane.

The Iranian people were out in the streets protesting their government over the lies.

Canadians were furious and rightfully so. So, as they’re mourning the loss of their people, what they really didn’t need to see was their just re-elected, Liberal Prime Minister Justin Trudeau smiling and shaking hands with the Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif at the Munich Security Conference, even making what appears to be a small bow to the propagandist for the terrorist regime.

Brian Lilley, the political columnist for the Toronto Sun took issue with it on behalf of the nation.

Trudeau claimed that he was seeking information about the plane but he was blasted on social media. Iran immediately had the encounter out on its propaganda channels.

Here’s Conservative Member of Parliament Michelle Rempel Garner, mentioning how Trudeau is traveling the world trying to get support for Canada to be on the U.N. Security Council.

From Global News Canada:

“Not a good look to see PM Trudeau with smiling FM Zarif of Iran after Canadians killed at the hands of Iranian incompetence and malice on Ukrainian plane- not to mention the innocent Iranian protestors‘ killed,” tweeted Bessma Momani, senior fellow with the Centre for International Governance Innovation and an expert on Canadian relations with Iran.

Kaveh Shahrooz, senior fellow with the Macdonald-Laurier Institute, tweeted that while shaking hands sometimes comes with the job, it should have been avoided in this instance given Iran’s killing of the 57 Canadians, which had originally been pegged at 63 when the tragedy first occurred.

“Look, I get that leaders sometimes have to shake hands with unsavoury people,” he tweeted. “But Iran just killed 63 Canadians. Maybe the PM could’ve avoided this particular photo op. Maybe a UNSC seat isn’t worth a firesale of every last thing Canadians hold dear.”

Masih Alinejad, an Iranian journalist with Voice of America’s Persian service, said the families of the plane crash victims are “furious.”

Meanwhile, as he’s sucking up to the Goebbels of Iran, Trudeau has another huge problem left back in Canada.

From Daily Caller:

His focus on the U.N. has angered many as Trudeau has refused to intervene in a blockade that has brought all rail traffic in Canada to a stop. Environmental activists, claiming to represent First Nations, have stopped all freight and passenger rail service in Canada to protest a court decision to proceed with natural gas pipeline.

Canadian manufacturers are warning of a “potential catastrophe” if rail traffic remains closed because food and fuel shortages will result.

Can you imagine letting that happen? How insane is that? This is what happens when you have a liberal government and a Canadian Obama.
