Biden Isn't So Sure Who's In Charge of the House and What He Says About China Is a Garbled Mess

Joe Biden was speaking in Michigan on Monday night.

There was this indecipherable mess about China. Three guesses as to what he said. You win the internet if you understand what it really means and can explain it.

Then Biden did it again with another gaffe.

“Together, I think we can win back the House,” he said, before he corrected himself. “We’re gonna keep the House, increase it, and flip the Senate,” Biden said.

Now we really can’t blame Joe Biden for this one. We figure he has a couple of reasons for misstating Democrats not being in charge of the House.

First possibility: because Democrats haven’t actually achieved anything, even their impeachment effort failed ultimately in the Senate, they didn’t actually do anything worthwhile to show they were in control of the House. So really, who would know?

Second possibility: maybe he’s just really prescient and thinking ahead on this one. He knows that the GOP is going to take over the House so he’s just thinking ahead about how they will have to fight to get it back.

You can see Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) behind Biden and his head goes down when he hears the comment about the House.

It was Booker who earlier in the campaign season pointed out the issue with Biden, yet still Booker endorsed him today.

Some busted Booker, for knowing better.

This is the Democratic frontrunner who Booker, Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), Pete Buttigieg and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) all fell in line to support.
