As I reported last night, one of the few reasons that some people in the middle might lean toward Joe Biden is if they bought the fiction Democrats were selling of Biden as some force for normality, as Ben Shapiro observed.

But that’s gotten blown up a lot with the Democrats’ approach to riots and now the threats they’ve been putting out there because President Donald Trump and the Republicans on the Senate want to perform their Constitutional duty as regards the vacancy on the Supreme Court.

Now, Biden himself is breaking more of those norms, refusing to put forth a list of whom he would consider for the Supreme Court, a normal thing that every Presidential candidate puts out.

Here he is saying it’s “inappropriate to name that list” of people.

When asked if voters should know who he would appoint, he says, “no, they don’t” but they will know “if I’m elected” in “plenty of time.”

You have to elect me to find out what I’d do. Shades of Nancy Pelosi.

Why is Biden refusing to put out a list? Unless his thoughts are so extreme, he feels that putting it out there would be too revealing. President Donald Trump has put out two lists and White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany has said his choice is on those lists. What is Biden afraid of?

Notice another thing. Every time he’s cornered on a question he doesn’t want to answer, he claims that ‘Trump is just trying to distract.’ What Trump? It’s a normal question, that media and Americans have a right to know, what does it have to do with Trump? It’s part of how the people will evaluate whether they want to vote for him or not. But he’s saying now you wouldn’t even know what who he’s thinking about until after he’s elected? That’s nuts. He’s really trying to slip through with as little examination as possible, no questions and nothing that might rock the boat.

He even said in June that they were working on a list of ‘black women.’ So where is that list?

Some Democrats like House Judiciary Committee Chair Jerry Nadler (D-NY) have threatened court packing.

So Biden was asked by a local reporter if he would be in favor of court packing if he were elected.

Biden refuses to answer, saying it would allow Trump to change the subject. As he, Biden, tries to change the subject. He’s literally not ruling out completely upending all norms and being in favor of Democrats grabbing all kinds of power if he were elected.
