It should have been shocking for everyone when the Biden DOJ announced that they had indicted a whistleblower witness against the Bidens, Gal Luft. They had charged him in November but had not unsealed it until now after he came forward with a video criticizing them and further talking about Joe Biden. Unfortunately, I think we’re long past the point where the Biden administration or Democrats feel any shame for censoring or going after anyone who might stand in their way.

But the House Oversight Committee Democrats did try their best to spin the indictment in the hopes of torpedoing the GOP case against the Bidens.

I’m not sure what they were thinking. Do they know what they were truly saying with their response?

The Republicans had a great comeback that showed just how much the Oversight Democrats had managed to level Joe Biden and the Biden family instead on their connections to China with that response.

Gal Luft was paid by CEFC, the same CCP-linked company that paid the Bidens.

Exactly. If they want to claim that he was a spy, then why were the Bidens dealing with him? What does that say about them? If the Democrats are claiming he was a spy because of his dealings with CEFC, then what about the Bidens and their dealings with CEFC and their Chinese connections? They got millions. As Luft noted in his video that we reported on, why is he being charged, but neither Hunter Biden nor the Biden family members are? They were the ones that choose to partner with this CCP-connected company and with Luft. Any time you go after the Mafia bigwigs, you always have witnesses who might have had some involvement. Their involvement doesn’t lessen their credibility; indeed, it heightens it because they know what truly went on.

But as Luft notes, it’s fascinating that the indictment and all these actions against Luft didn’t come until after he went to the FBI in March 2019 and told them about his concerns about Joe Biden and the Chinese. Luft asked why doesn’t the government release the transcript of what he said about the Bidens in his two-day meeting with the FBI in Brussels and release the indictment against him. Their response was to release his indictment, but I haven’t seen that they released the transcript. Why not?

If Luft is being charged under FARA, why is Hunter Biden not being charged for also acting on behalf of CEFC?

The problem with releasing the indictment now for the DOJ and the Biden administration is it looks like a very transparent effort to go after a whistleblower who has damaging information against the Bidens. That’s Joe Biden, bringing us one more step down that banana republic road.

Maybe also, the Democrats shouldn’t be talking about Chinese spies, or perhaps we need to page Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) and ask them about those cases about the alleged Chinese operatives close to them. I wrote last week about how there’s new information that has come out about those cases and the alleged politicization of the FBI (even then) that stopped the investigations into those matters.

The Democrats managed to take out Joe Biden in their effort to go after Luft. But the problem is there’s a lot of evidence and a bunch of other witnesses. And even under indictment, he’s still talking, and they can’t shut him up.
