WATCH: Joy Reid Caught on Hot Mic As Clip of Biden Plays, 'Gonna Start Another F**king War'

MSNBC's Joy Reid isn't exactly the person you would look to for truth and/or good reporting.

Indeed, she has a long list of bad opinions that she's expressed in the past including insulting the voters of Iowa and calling white Christians there racists.

But on Monday on her show "The Reid Out," she was caught on a hot mic cursing and saying something that has a lot of people talking.

She was showing clips from Biden's disastrous visit to South Carolina and his speech on Saturday, where he said former President Donald Trump was the "sitting president" and freaked out, screaming about Trump.

Biden says in the clips that play, "If that bill were the law today, I’d shut down the border now, and I’d fix it quickly… And Congress needs to get it done."

But as he says that, you can hear her say on the hot mic, "Starting another f*ckin' war."

She later apologized for cursing.

She said she was chatting during the clip and said they try to keep things "PG-13."

“Before we go, I just want to apologize very quickly,” she said. “I was chatting during a clip that was playing, and you know, we try to keep this show very PG-13, so I just want to apologize to anyone who was listening to my ‘behind the scenes’ chatter. I deeply, deeply apologize for that.”

It wasn't clear what she was referencing when she cursed. But to give you a little more context about what she may have been saying, they were playing clips of Biden, and right about the time she said it, there were reports that Biden was considering action against Iran and weighing various options. So, to me, put together that she's a leftist and the timing, and the most logical argument is that someone told her about the reports on Biden's response as they were playing his clips, so she went off on him.

But if that's true — and I think it is — that just shows what a hypocrite she is. She wouldn't cut him on air and admit what she thinks, but she's perfectly willing to bash him behind the scenes.
