Pelosi Defends Schumer in Incredible Anti-Netanyahu Rant as Dana Bash Presses Bibi on Elections

As we reported this past week, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) made statements calling for regime change against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. This was after the report of the White House trying to force him out. Netanyahu wasn't having any of it, saying that wasn't going to stop him from going after Hamas in Rafah, that they needed to do that to ensure the safety of Israel, and that the Israeli people were with him on this. Seventy-five percent of the people support going into Rafah to finish off Hamas. Joe Biden doubled down and said Schumer's remarks were "good" and that he expressed a "serious concern shared not only by him but by many Americans."

Now Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) has added to the enmity and bad Democrat remarks during her appearance on CNN with Dana Bash.

Pelosi defended Schumer's attack on Netanyahu and the "dangerous" attitude of the Israeli government. She falsely attacks Israel for blocking food. She has no shame.

She attacked Netanyahu, claiming, "He tried to interfere in American elections" and "barged into our country." What a despicable attack, they are taking the gloves off.  "What is wrong with advocating for elections in a democracy," she argued. But you don't do that when they're in the middle of a war unless you want to undermine them.

Her argument is nonsensical. The very same people who complain about "election interference" are all in now trying to interfere in Israel's government. Not only are the Democrats trying to unseat Netanyahu right as he is trying to defeat Hamas, but Pelosi is projecting and rewriting history. She's ignoring the effort of Barack Obama to interfere in Israeli elections previously in 2015.

Bash then interviewed Netanyahu and she pushed the Democratic narrative at the Israeli PM Netanyahu while asking about elections. Watch as she tries to pressure him on it, when it isn't up to us when they hold their elections. But that's what the Democrats want so there she goes.

This Democratic move is about undermining the right in Israel and appealing to the leftwing base here because Biden is in trouble in the November presidential election.

What they aren't focused on is what is best for Israel and the U.S.: the total defeat of Hamas.
