Video: Portland PD Decide to Stop Messing Around, Dismantle Occupied Zone Using Protester-Supplied Trash Cans

After the Portland, Oregon police department were thoroughly embarrassed by Antifa thugs last night for all the world to see when they got locked inside their own central precinct, police officers decided today that it was time to take action and dismantle the autonomous zone that protesters were apparently setting up around Democratic Mayor Ted Wheeler’s uptown home.

The satisfying videos, which are reminiscent of how Asheville, North Carolina police officers promptly dismantled an autonomous zone set up a week ago, speak for themselves. But one of them is especially noteworthy for reasons we’ll get to in a minute:

Note how it appears in the video below that police were using trash cans that occupiers had supplied for the zone before it got broken up (watch the guy with the bandana who appears on the left of the screen at about the 5 second mark – he drags the trash can, which has a protest sign thrown in it, away):
