It was just another day at the office today for White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany, who sparred with press corps reporters on a wide variety of topics – except for one big one that you’d think they’d have had a lot of questions about but didn’t.

The Trump-brokered Middle East peace deal signed yesterday is considered historic by most accounts, but many in the mainstream media have down their level best to downplay the significance of it in their “reporting” because Orange Man Bad and stuff. That mindset was reflected today during the White House press briefing, where not a single question was asked about it.

McEnany noticed.

And during her closing remarks, she went off, correctly noting had this deal been done during the Obama-Biden administration, journalists would have been treating it much differently. McEnany also got in a sweet dig at House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) for bizarrely calling the deal a “distraction“, saying “maybe it’s a distraction from her visits to the hair salon.”

As has often been the case during and after contentious White House press briefings, one “reporter” actually yelled at McEnany as she left the podium:

Important to note, not a single question was asked about yesterday's historic peace deal at the White House.

The supposed “journalist” was Playboy White House correspondent and CNN political analyst Brian Karem, a notoriously unprofessional media figure who has clashed with the White House in the past. He bragged about yelling at McEnany on his Twitter feed:
