There are a handful of committee meetings on Monday. The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence holds a hearing "to examine worldwide threats" (followed by a closed hearing).

Monday's a (relatively) busy day for President Joe Biden.

The President will depart Wilmington, Delaware and travel to Washington, DC. The President will deliver remarks at the National League of Cities.

In the afternoon, the President will travel to Manchester, New Hampshire. The President will deliver remarks on lowering costs for American families.

Later, the President will participate in a campaign event.

In the evening, the President will depart Manchester, New Hampshire and travel to the White House.

I may be in the minority on this, but I rather like Daylight Saving Time. Lose an hour, schmooze an hour — it was still a little bit light at 7:00 pm Sunday evening. And I am here for it. I think I could even get behind the Sunshine Protection Act
