A Tweet Dan Bongino Does Multiple Times a Week Holds a Stark Truth We Must Embrace

I would imagine that all sorts of people, from all different backgrounds and walks of life in this country, are taking a look around and wondering what happened from just five years ago.

I know that the polling to gauge where Joe Biden and his policies are working has not been very good the past six months, and that is one way to gauge my statement above. Yet the way that I do this is by talking with people from my radio show, my posts here at RedState, and my Facebook Live shows over at Duke Over America. The people that I read messages from and speak to feel like they've been in a car crash; they have a concussion and are looking around, and don't quite recognize everything around them from just moments ago.

Those who happen to be the praying type and in my case, a CHRISTian, really seem to have a little more of a heightened awareness that something is just not right.

National radio talk show host, podcaster, author, and filmmaker Dan Bongino has tweeted a message similar to the one below for half a year, from my best guess.

He is 100 percent spot on.

I picked up on this vibe about four months ago or sooner, and finally got around to writing about it in October with this offering. The Writing Is on the Wall: America Likely to Be Hit Because of the Invasion From Mexico.

From that article...

I hate to sound like it seems that there is nothing that can be done about the current state of the United States of America. I know that on my Monday, Wednesday, and Friday live show on Duke Over America, which you could sign up to watch right here at 10:00 a.m. EDT on those days, or on my radio show on WAAM 1600 A.M. & 92.7 F.M. in Ann Arbor Michigan, it seems I'm trending heavily in that direction.

Why, you may ask?

We have had pretty much a wide-open border since January 20, 2021, when Joe Biden took the oath of office to be President of the United States. The administration stopped building the Trump border wall and did everything but send flyers down to Central America and the rest of the world so that they could skip across the Rio Grande and gain entry without authorities checking they are. Of course, this policy was just reversed within the past week, but it's really a case of too little too late.

So if I have my math correct from Ward's count above, he quotes about 3.8 million people who have illegally crossed since Scranton Joe took the helm. So let's do an odd thing and LOWER that number to 3 million people. Now we take those 3 million folks and estimate that approximately one-quarter of one percent have some evil intent; that gives us 7,500 such people in this country illegally. Now they could be just bank robbers or common thieves, possibly some murders or other dastardly things.

If you increase the percentage, you increase the total number, and does that make you feel safe?

What are the chances it is more?

Also as my colleague Bonchie wrote here, about a discussion with Douglas Murray and Piers Morgan, it seems more people are having the courage to speak out about the utter nonsense we see in regard to terrorist apologists.

Douglas Murray Leaves Piers Morgan Speechless, Delivers a Chilling Warning to the West

There's a lot said in the exchange, but Murray's primary push was to point out that Hamas and its supporters are not just oppressed individuals who can be reasoned with. They aren't a population you can import and assimilate with the hope that they'll respect and become a viable part of Western civilization. Hamas and those chanting "from the river to the sea" are sustained by death and destruction. It is their very identity, and we are seeing that play out in Western cities across the globe.

As Murray explains, even the Nazis attempted to hide their atrocities. Hamas sympathizers are proud of theirs and proclaim them publicly. Because of that, they should be seen as at least as barbaric as Hitler's movement was. In fact, it's reasonable to say that Hamas is simply a modern extension of Nazism. Instead of reacting accordingly, police forces from London to New York City are standing idly by as the violence escalates. Why? Because those perpetrating it are intersectional and thus untouchable.

One last one from our pal over at Townhall.com -- the one and only Kurt Schlichter--  who penned this gem. We Are Sitting Ducks and Our Leaders Do Not Care

Oh, now I’m just a pundit, albeit one who actually has a little experience doing things, and it is not beyond the realm of pundit possibility that a commentator may exaggerate for effect. So ignore what I say. Ignore this heartfelt warning that our country is vulnerable to a massive insider threat made up of illegal aliens who have walked across the open border and can, at the time of their own choosing, decide to slaughter mass numbers of Americans. Put aside that it has happened before, from 9/11 to San Bernardino to the Pulse nightclub, and for all we know, in Las Vegas, because the FBI is too busy arresting scary grandmas for praying outside abortion clinics to figure out what the hell happened there.

This is all to back up the assertion that Bongino has been making for a while now, that people who are paid to report the news and offer commentary on it are seeing things that they have never seen in their adult lives. They are ready -- and both preparing themselves and alerting you that something is going to happen.

Now, you don't need to have a radio show or be able to write on a national site to notice these things and, as I mentioned earlier, people that I have talked to who have commented on my radio show topics, my Facebook live airings, and also commented here on my articles, are also picking up on the same things.

Admittedly, Dan Bongino with his background in law enforcement, probably has some lines of communication that the rest of us don't have, and when he gives a consistent flashing red light of "the enemy is here," he's trying to keep it somewhere in the forefront of your mind that you need to be able to take care of yourself and your family.

Because the government's not going to be able to.

As Kurt's headline above declares, we have been sold out by our government leaders and they really do not care.  Of course, they pretend they care every two, four, six years when running for reelection, but we have been sold out by both parties on all sides. It's now up to you to plan what you're going to do when the S.H.T.F. happens.

Be thankful that people with the experience, like Bongino, will put their necks out consistently and warn you.
