Ladies and gentlemen, it is time for another episode of “Lifestyles of the Rich and Terrorist.” This time, we will examine the leaders of Hamas, who are apparently living in such luxurious conditions even Robin Leach would have been taken aback.

As Palestinian civilians live in squalor under the risk of being caught in the crossfire of a brutal war, and as young Hamas operatives sacrifice their lives in a useless effort to destroy Israel, these brave souls have been lounging around in Qatar, raking in enormous sums of cash.

The terror group’s three top leaders alone are worth a staggering total of $11 billion and enjoy a life of luxury in the sanctuary of the emirate of Qatar.

The emirate has long welcomed the leaders of the terror group and installed them in its luxury hotels and villas at the same time as it hosts a vast American military presence.

Let’s look at Ismail Haniyeh, for instance, who enjoys a cush life in Qatar. The leader of Hamas is worth a whopping $4 billion, which goes to show that if crime doesn’t pay, terrorism certainly does if one is evil and depraved enough. He has been living it up in various luxury hotels in the country and also in Turkey. His son, Maaz Haniyeh, is nicknamed “the father of real estate” in Gaza due to his collection of various buildings.

Then, we have Mousa Abu Marzouk and Khaled Mashal, who are not far behind in the level of wealth they have amassed by persuading Palestinians to offer their lives as terrorists against Israel. Marzouk, the second in command of the organization, has a long and storied history in the world of terrorism.

After spending 14 years in the US - where he was in 1995 arrested for activities supporting terrorism and deported after two years - he moved to Jordan, then to Syria and then to Cairo in 2012.

Despite his arrest, he kept hold of his money, and today Bild reported his fortune is estimated at $2billion, while the Israeli embassy to the US puts it higher, at $3billion.

Mashal, the individual who called on Muslims across the country to engage in violence shortly after the beginning of the war, is also worth a hefty $4 billion.

He fled Damascus to escape the Arab Spring in Syria and, like Haniyeh, is now living in Qatar. From there, he handles real estate and financial transactions for Hamas.

When he fled Syria, Bild reports, he is said to have taken $1.5billion from Hamas's headquarters in Damascus. Israel's US embassy puts his net worth at $4billion.

While these feckless cowards are living in the lap of luxury, Palestinian civilians in Gaza have been forced to live in dire conditions, relying on organizations like the United Nations to provide them with food and other resources. Even before the war, these individuals lived under the iron fist of Hamas, which has not held elections since it was “elected” in 2007. The terrorist group has meted out some of the worst human rights abuses against civilians since it has been in charge of the region.
