Just a few hours ago, Jeffrey Epstein’s indictment was unsealed in federal court.

This event has been highly anticipated since Epstein was unexpectedly arrested Saturday night as his private plane was on the ground in Teterboro Airport in NJ. The saga of Epstein’s elite social circle, his predilection for very young women, and the slap on the wrist he received when prosecuted in FL, by the man who is now Secretary of Labor, and the fact that he was an acquaintance of President Trump and a crony of Bill Clinton, all combine to make this a highly watched case.

The striking thing about the indictment is that it doesn’t tell you anything. Her it is in its entirety.

As the TechnoFog account points out, the mystery is why the public corruption unit was involved. The government also is asking that Epstein be held without bail.

and the search warrant of his home turned up evidence that isn’t going to help him.

There seems to be more here than Epstein which we can assume will be revealed in a superseding indictment.
